Tradition Seven states that: "Every OA group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions".

World Service suggests that Seventh Tradition Contributions may be broken down as follows:

World Service Portion: 30% $ 
Region 6 Portion: 10% $

All information used to make contributions is held in strict confidence to protect anonymity. Because your anonymity is important to us, Greater New York Metro Intergroup does not share any personal information submitted to PayPal. Questions may be sent via email to our Treasurer.

For your convenience, Metro Intergroup makes it possible for groups to make their contributions via credit card through PayPal. 

You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a contribution.

Metro Intergroup does not break down your groups' 60/30/10 split. Please send 60% of your contributions to Metro Intergroup, 30% to World Service, and the remaining 10% to Region 6. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE: During the check out process with PayPal, you will see the following option: "Enter your Group # or Meeting Info". Please help us by ensuring this information is included (You can locate your group number on the Find a Meeting page. Locate your meeting and click on "Open Details" link to find your group number) so that your group is credited with the donation.
