There are plenty of extra challenges during this season—family or lack of family\, presence of trigger foods or lack of our routine healthy foods\, and many more. Together we can help each other get through this challenging time. \nGet ready for great shares and fun. In this half-day workshop we will have five speakers\, one activity\, and time for people to share. \nThere is no registration\, but there is a maximum of 100 people.
